At CycleLife Bikes, my goal is to make purchasing a bicycle safe, transparent, and comfortable. Because I operate as a small independent shop and many of my bikes are pre-owned or do not carry active manufacturer warranties, I offer a clear and fair policy to ensure you feel confident in your purchase. Before each bike is sold, it is inspected, tuned, and test-ridden. My goal is to provide safe, reliable, and fairly priced bicycles with personal service and honest communication.

30-Day Fit & Function Guarantee

I want you to love your bike. If within 30 days of purchase you discover a functional issue that materially affects the safety or rideability of the bicycle, I will repair it at no labor cost. Parts, if needed, are provided at my cost (no markup).

This guarantee covers:

Drivetrain function (shifting, chain, derailleur alignment)
Brake safety and performance
Wheel trueness/safety
Structural integrity of frame and fork (if an issue is identified within 30 days)

This guarantee does not cover:

Damage caused by crashes, misuse, improper storage, or weather exposure
Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, cables)
Alterations or repairs performed by another shop

7-Day Exchange Option

If you decide the bike simply isn’t the right fit for you, you may exchange it within 7 days for another bike of equal or greater value.

Bikes must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
Any fitting accessories (saddle, pedals, stem, grips) that were changed and cannot be reused may be deducted from exchange value.
If exchanging for a higher-priced bike, you only pay the difference.
No cash refunds.

Optional 90-Day Post-Sale Service Add-On

For an additional fee or included on select bikes, customers may purchase a 90-day service add-on, which includes:

One full tune-up within 90 days
Minor adjustments as needed
Brake and shifting check/adjustments
Wheel truing (minor)
Safety inspection
Chain wear check and lubrication
